ESG Consultant | Sustainability | Contract | 6-12 Months | £300 - £350 per day
PT Renewables is looking for an ESG Consultant to support a our IT client in delivering on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitments for a multi-year public sector client.
This role is all about ensuring ESG compliance, driving continuous improvement, and building strong stakeholder relationships - a chance to make a real impact in a high-profile programme.
* Act as the primary ESG liaison between client, vendors, and the client.
* Assess and monitor supplier ESG commitments against agreed standards
* Develop and deliver ESG action plans, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
* Track and report progress against ESG objectives, ensuring audit-ready evidence
* Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across ESG performance
About you:
* Proven experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility
* Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks (GRI, TCFD, UN SDGs)
* Background in public sector or consultancy projects (preferred)
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Understanding of supply chain ESG, governance, and audit processes
* Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Social Policy or equivalent
