Support Worker - Emergency Department
Location: Grange Hospital, Caereon Rd, Torfaen, NP44 8YN
Salary: £25,178.40 per annum, pro rata (£13.45 per hour)
Hours: 22 per week (2 x days per week covering a 7 day rota)
Contract: Fixed term contract until 31st March 2027
Additional Requirement: Applicants must have a full licence (2 years) and access to a vehicle.

You'll help patients return home safely, reduce the risk of readmission, and support them to live independently. What will a day in the life of a Support Worker involve?
1. Assisting patients with mealtimes, refreshments and comfort items like blankets or pillows.
2. Providing one-to-one support for patients with dementia, confusion or emotional distress.
