• Document requirements precisely and fully; create requirement specifications and work with suppliers to clarify requirements and evaluate their solution proposals.

4. Robotic, emulating human actions, mainly for legacy systems
• Recommend and specify how a specific interface is used between two systems, and interpret example messages.
• Use technical knowledge to read and interpret API messages (SOAP, XML, JSON).
• Research and advise on supporting business changes due to new technologies like IATA NDC.
• Use understanding of finance operations (customer invoicing, payments, supplier settlement) to analyze and specify developments.
• Use knowledge of GDS to analyze process improvements and resolve technical issues related to:
1. Desktop tools (cryptic and graphical modes)
2. APIs
3. Galileo SCC or equivalent
• Leverage knowledge of air sales processes (searching, fare quoting, reservations, queue handling, ticketing, BSP reporting) to improve processes and resolve issues.

You will have
• Advanced skills in Word and Excel; familiar with PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project.
• High-level understanding of IT architecture, networking (TCP/IP).
• Good knowledge of travel industry operations, especially tour operators, from commercial, operational, and technical perspectives.
• Understanding of leisure air travel sales issues, primarily full-service/IATA carriers, knowledge of LCCs useful.
• Experience with GDS, technical aggregators (e.g., Travelfusion), on-demand accommodation providers (DMCs, bedbanks).
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, reporting tools.
• Understanding of web technologies, previous roles in development, testing, or analysis.
• Experience with interface test tools (SoapUI, Postman), Travelport systems, fare rules, and non-published fares.
• Experience with land content providers, payment processing, BSP reporting, and reconciliation is advantageous.
• Strong communication, self-motivation, ability to work under pressure, multitask, and attention to detail.
