Role: Care Team Leader - Nights (Maternity Cover)
The Home: Phil Mead House, 240 Bredon Ave, Binley, Coventry CV3 2FD
Shift Times: Week 1: Monday and Friday 19:45 - 08:00; Week 2: Thursday and Friday 19:45 - 08:00
Hours: 24.5 Hours
Pay: £14.34 - £14.80 per hour
Contract: Fixed Term, Maternity Cover
The Role of Care Team Leader
* Our Care Team Leaders are at the heart of our operations. As the recognized Senior Carer on a shift, you'll have overall responsibility for monitoring the health, care, and social needs of our residents.
* You will prepare, implement, and review personal care plans, including administering medication.
* You will supervise, support, coach, and develop other team members, and liaise with residents and those involved in their care. Ensuring residents' needs and wishes are central to the care we provide is paramount.
* As the Senior Carer on your shift, you will take the lead in emergencies and situations where staff or residents need assistance.

About You
* You should be an experienced Carer, ideally with a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent, or committed to working towards this.
* As a Care Team Leader, you should demonstrate good organisation and staff management skills, be proficient in writing and updating Care Plans, and competent in medication administration.
* Most importantly, you must be passionate and committed to providing exceptional care to our residents, their families, and friends.
