Responsibilities
As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for...
1. Proactively managing debtor accounts to ensure timely payment
2. Monitor aged debt reports, identify risks, and escalate concerns in line with internal procedures
3. Support the implementation and monitoring of payment plans wheere necessary
4. Be a part of billing procedures, such as invoicing, monthly billing cycles, and reconciliations
5. Deal with queries in a professional manner
Requirements
As a Credit Controller, you will need...
6. Previous experience in Credit Control
7. Excel and Accounting systems knowledge
8. Strong communication skills
9. Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
