Join to apply for the Finance Administrator - Carnet role at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd.
Responsibilities
* Becoming the initial point of contact at AML for Carnet applications and queries.
* Becoming the primary administrator for the application for new Carnets.
* Creating and maintaining an internal Carnet tracker that details all Carnets, their status and expiry dates.
* Reporting a weekly status update to Senior Management.
* Escalating Carnets that are coming close to expiry / have expired to Senior Management.
* Building and developing an effective network of contacts across the AML business to support the operation of all Carnet processes.
* Writing standard operating procedures to record the day-to-day operation of the Carnet Process.
* Supporting the International Trade & Customs Manager and Senior Manager in identifying any risks related to the use of Carnets at AML.
Qualifications
* Extremely organised with strong attention to detail and confident liaising with parties via email, phone, and other mediums.
* Ideally has experience or understanding of customs / Carnets, but this is not essential.
