The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensuring store operations run effectively. They are part of the store leadership team, driving store performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

Schedule
* Schedule will vary weekly; expect at least 16 hours per week.
* Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
* During peak timeframes, hours may increase to support business needs.
What It Takes
* Education: High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
* Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
* Supervisor/Managerial Experience: No supervisory/management experience required.
* Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal Interaction, Fashion Trend Knowledge, Outgoing Assertiveness, Adaptability/Flexibility & Stress Tolerance, Poise & Ambition, Multi‑Tasking.
