Overview
We are looking to appoint an experienced leader who has the vision, energy, drive and commitment to work in partnership with the Headteacher, in the strategic management, leadership and development of our happy school.
Key Responsibilities
To implement an inclusive teaching pedagogy that supports all staff to meet their statutory responsibilities for all vulnerable groups, and as a member of the Senior Leadership team, build an effective inclusion strategy. This includes modelling key approaches and strategies along with coordinating additional support across the school.

The recent Ofsted inspection report commented, "Valley Invicta Primary School At Aylesford is a highly ambitious school where pupils feel valued and respected. This is because staff give pupils a voice and include them in all aspects of school life. Pupils take on many roles, such as those of subject ambassadors, house captains, eco-warriors and digital leaders. One pupil proudly told the lead inspector: “Lots of people want to come to this school.”
