Customer Account Manager

What you'll be doing
As a Customer Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of operational delivery, ensuring your portfolio of large Blue Chip customers receive a seamless, high-quality service every day. You'll:
* Own the day-to-day operational delivery for your accounts
* Build and maintain strong, trusted customer relationships
* Lead monthly customer reviews, driving actions and continuous improvement
* Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across operations, finance, and network management
* Ensure full understanding and delivery of customer contracts and bespoke requirements
* Monitor and manage KPI performance, identifying trends and opportunities
* Proactively resolve issues, including breakdowns, VOR, and non-compliance
* Identify opportunities for growth and upselling, escalating where appropriate

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who combines commercial awareness with strong relationship management skills. You'll bring:
* Experience in account management, operations, or customer delivery within the Commercial Vehicle or Fleet industry (2–3 years+)
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset
* Confidence working with data and KPIs to drive performance
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
* Resilience, energy, and a drive to deliver results
