Our client, a leading provider of residential and educational support to children, is looking to appoint a Registered Manager to work in their beautiful home in Bradford.
Working in a Children's Home involves being a part of a young person's daily life, supporting them through both high and low moments. As a Registered Manager, you will ensure that the home environment is secure, safe, and motivating for both staff and young people. Challenges will arise, but there will also be rewarding moments of success.
Our client's homes cater to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming to create the best outcomes through a holistic approach. Their multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and occupational therapists, collaborates to provide integrated support, achieving positive results in SEND.

* Salary: Base salary of 49,836 - 61,702
* Annual Package: Bonus of 10% of salary (reviewed annually), a 2,500 on-call bonus (approx. 10 weekends per year), and an attendance allowance of 1,400.

Overview
Manage daily operations in the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted requirements, and help young people regain their childhood and develop into well-rounded adults. Be involved in new referrals and provide a safe, supportive home environment within the UK's leading provider of specialist education and care.
Experience Required:
* Experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children's home.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
* A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months.
