Operations Manager – Facilities Management (Evening/Night Shifts) Location: London Salary: £46,000 £400 monthly bonus Contract: Permanent, Full Time About the Role We’re working with a well-established facilities management company that’s on the lookout for a confident, hands-on Operations Manager to take the lead across several busy depot sites in London. If you enjoy keeping things running smoothly, leading great teams, and building strong client relationships — this could be the perfect next step. You’ll be overseeing day-to-day operations across sites including Lea Interchange, Rainham, Plumstead, Catford, Kangley Bridge, and Bromley, making sure everything runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This is a role for someone who loves variety — no two days are the same. One day you might be fine-tuning rotas and budgets, the next you’re out on site, supporting your team and ensuring clients are happy. What You’ll Be Doing Managing daily operations across multiple sites and making sure services are delivered to a high standard. Leading, supporting, and motivating teams — from recruitment and training to performance and development. Keeping an eye on budgets, costs, and stock to make sure everything’s running efficiently. Handling rotas, payroll, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail. Working closely with clients — building trust, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Promoting a strong health and safety culture, leading by example every day. Rolling up your sleeves when needed — showing your team what “good” looks like. What We’re Looking For You’ll already have experience managing operations and teams, ideally within facilities management or a similar fast-paced environment. You’re organised, approachable, and know how to get the best out of people. You’ll need: Proven background in operations or contract management. Solid leadership and communication skills.
