The Role You will play a key role in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health challenges (SEMH). You'll work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver personalised support and help every child achieve their full potential.
