Ardeta Search is partnering with a Global Logistics Organisation to recruit a HR & Payroll Advisor on 12 month fixed term contract basis. Responsibilities: Serve as a highly professional and effective first point of contact for all internal customer inquiries regarding Time Management. Resolve employee queries related to Absence Management and Payroll processes and systems, escalating issues when necessary. Adhere to defined SLA metrics, ensuring the provision of accurate, consistent, and timely services. Execute back-office processes, manage high-volume transactions, and comply with company policies and procedures. Conduct relevant research to support query resolution. Execute processes in accordance with policies and standard operating procedures. Provide guidance to employees and managers on Time Management System and Payroll queries. Support ad hoc projects and activities related to HR Skills Strong Payroll experience, need to have processed up to 200 plus. Experience with shift patterns and absence management is highly advantageous Strong Excel Skills Experience with Mitre Tech or Workday is highly desirable. This is an exciting role working with a brilliant organisation paying between £35,000 - £45,000 per annum for a 12 month basis.
