Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver/Labourer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting other tradespeople with manual tasks on site.
Responsibilities
* Assisting & supporting other tradespeople such as plasterers, joiners & slaters
* Experience in slabbing work, ground work and basic brick work
* Performing various manual tasks such as moving and organising materials and tools, preparing sites and carrying out basic site tasks
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and supporting with site maintenance and cleaning
* Working outdoors in different weather conditions, requiring physical strength, stamina and good team working skills
* Collaborating and working with others to ensure safety and efficiency on site
* Safely operate company vehicles
Qualifications
* Valid clean driver's licence
* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients
* Efficient independent decision making and using own initiative
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
