Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate fabrication machinery
- Cut, bend, shape, and form sheet metal using hand tools and equipment
- Shape metal components using blocks, forms, and hammers
- Inspect, assemble, and finish fabricated components
- Smooth seams and joints on welded, brazed, and fabricated assemblies
- Work to engineering drawings and quality standards
- Ensure production targets and customer requirements are met
What we're looking for
- Previous sheet metal or fabrication experience
- Good understanding of fabrication tools and equipment
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production techniques
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good written and spoken English
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
