What the Job Involves Managing and developing a team of operational domestic violence workers, aligning service delivery with the needs of the Swindon Children’s Safeguarding Team. Maintaining and managing programs to meet performance targets concerning service users, including risk management and quality assurance systems. Collaborating with social services, area managers, and partnership agencies to foster effective relationships and deliver training. Contributing to the implementation of strategies and procedures, and enhancing team performance through supervision, training, and evaluation. Ensuring safety standards, confidentiality, and continuous performance improvement in service delivery.
