The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Accessibility Consultant to lead a critical review of digital ecosystems and help shape a sustainable, long-term accessibility strategy. You’ll work across multiple teams and brands to identify gaps, guide immediate improvements, and build a roadmap to ensure we meet and exceed accessibility standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct a thorough audit of digital touchpoints, including:
* All international websites
* Apps
* Partner brand platforms
* Provide an actionable plan to address immediate priorities aligned to the EAA deadline
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and embed a sustainable, long-term accessibility strategy
* Advise delivery teams on best practices, tools, and processes to ensure accessibility is considered from design through deployment
* Deliver insights and recommendations in a clear, prioritised and stakeholder-friendly manner
You’ll Bring
* Proven experience conducting accessibility audits across web and mobile platforms
* Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2, EAA, and other global accessibility standards
* Experience working within large-scale, multi-brand digital environments
* Ability to communicate complex accessibility issues clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels
* Collaborative mindset, with experience embedding accessibility into agile delivery environments
