We are seeking a talented Process Architect to join our expanding team in either London or Milan. We are looking for professionals with diverse experience levels to contribute to our dynamic, internationalglobal strategy and design consultancy.
As we continue to experience rapid growth, particularly in the Industrial Sector, we are excited to invite passionate individuals to help us shape large-scale, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, including Data Centres and other cutting-edge facilities. These projects are driven by the core values of integration, optimisation, and standardisation.
As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to develop innovative and complex designs. Your experience and expertise will play a pivotal role in driving project success through direct client engagement, fostering collaboration, and delivering efficient, high-quality solutions.

We require a Process Architect to work on a series of new projects, which include:
* GMP manufacturing for cutting-edge pharmaceutical products.
* R&D and Quality Control laboratories.
* Strategic studies, for example the future of automation, or how to reduce carbon emissions.
* Exciting projects in other industrial sectors, including data centers and cleantech.
Our projects span a broad range of sectors and stages, all following Bryden Wood’s company ethos.
* Extensive experience in the life sciences sector.
* Knowledge of relevant standards relating to quality and safety (e.g. GMP).
* Experience on large international projects across all stages, from inception to construction.
* Proficiency in Revit.
* Fluency in spoken and written English.
About you:
* Comfortable working in a dynamic multidisciplinary environment, managing a team on multiple concurrent projects.
* Able to work closely with clients to rapidly develop a brief and design during the earliest stages of a project.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach, a passion for innovation, and an interest in doing things a bit differently!
