Customer Delivery Driver - Bristol Brislington Extra
Pay: Starting at £13.35 an hour, increasing to £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Hours: Minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with the option to work as few as 12 hours if desired.

* Sun: 09:00 – 19:00
* Mon: 19:00 – 23:00
* Tue: 19:00 – 23:00
* Fri: 09:00 – 19:00
* Sat: 09:00 – 19:00
Responsibilities
* Ensure the van and trays are clean, tidy, and organised.
* Leave the back yard clean, tidy, and clear of rubbish; pick up litter as needed.
* Complete the tray wash process as part of the daily duties.
* Load the van appropriately and check its roadworthiness.
* Communicate with customers about order changes, short‑code items, substitutions, and offer refunds for issues.
* Treat deliveries as if they were your own product.
* Explain to customers that substitutions will not incur extra cost.
* Deliver within the customer’s time slot.
* Call the customer before arrival if arriving early.
* Call the store/centre if running 30 or more minutes late.
Qualifications
* Build strong relationships with colleagues to foster team spirit and optimise customer experience.
* Show warmth and hospitality in all interactions, taking time to understand customer needs.
* Respond quickly to changing customer demands and embrace change within the store.
* Demonstrate energy and drive to exceed expectations and maintain a healthy work‑life balance.
* Share ideas with Manager and colleagues to continually improve store performance.
* Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (Full or Automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
