Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a Media Company in London to recruit an immediate, temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for 3 months. Role: Our client is looking for an immediate temporary, Accounts Payable Clerk to assist them for 3 months. You will be responsible for following duties: Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner Matching purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices (3-way matching) Posting invoices to the purchase ledger system Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies Preparing and processing supplier payments (BACS, bank transfers, or cheques) Maintaining and updating supplier accounts and records Handling supplier queries regarding invoices and payments Ensuring invoices are approved according to company procedures Profile: The successful temporary Accounts Payable Clerk will either be a Finance graduate looking to gain entry level finance experience or have over 2 years experience. You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role. Client: Our client are a Media Company based in London. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Salary & Benefits: This role is paying between £16-£20p/h, dependant on experience.
