The Role
If you're ambitious, analytical, and excited by the idea of building a long-term career in finance, this is your opportunity to start strong. We're looking for motivated graduates to join our Finance Graduate Development Programme - designed to fast track your learning, broaden your commercial understanding, and give you the foundations for a successful finance career within a dynamic, growing business.
You don't specifically need a Finance degree to apply. What matters most is your interest in developing a career in finance, your willingness to learn, and your drive to progress. As part of our commitment to your development, we'll support and fund relevant professional qualifications (, CA, & CIMA) to help you build a strong professional pathway.
Based in Glasgow, you'll gain hands on experience across key finance and commercial areas, working with experienced mentors and contributing to real business decision-making from day one. By the end of the programme, you won't just understand the finance function, you'll have the skills, confidence, and experience to make a genuine impact.
About You
What You'll Be Doing
•Rotating across core finance and commercial functions, gaining experience in areas such as management accounts, financial analysis & business support, internal audit, credit control, accounts payable, company tax, external audits and preparation of statutory accounts.
•Supporting month end processes, financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis
•Working closely with operational teams to understand how financial decisions drive business performance
•Developing strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
•Using data to support commercial decisions and improve financial processes
•Getting involved in real projects that contribute directly to the success of the business
