Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, youll balance operational delivery with structured project management, ensuring both business as usual activity and project work are effectively planned, prioritised, and delivered to a high standard. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring confident decision making, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to adapt quickly when priorities shift.
What youll be doing
Youll take accountability for operational performance and site standards, including:
1. Leading daily and weekly operational planning, ensuring workflow is prioritised and resourced effectively
2. Managing, coaching and developing Team Leaders and Supervisors to deliver consistent performance
3. Acting as a senior escalation point for operational issues, service risks and site incidents
4. Monitoring performance and driving improvements across productivity and service quality
