About The Role
HC-One is seeking a Chef with the following qualifications:
* S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery
* Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
* Understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points

About You
You should be organized to meet service times, capable of planning and prioritizing independently, and skilled at following recipes accurately. Passion for food and an understanding of the importance of quality home cooking for Residents are essential. Additionally, you should communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know the appropriate actions to take. Attendance at safeguarding training relevant to your role is required, along with the ability to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
