Corporate Account Handler – Corporate & CommercialHybrid: 2–3 days per week in the officeAre you an experienced Corporate or Commercial Account Handler looking to join a thriving broker with a strong reputation for client service? This is an exciting opportunity to work with mid-market and corporate clients, delivering high-quality support across renewals, MTAs, documentation, and client servicing.You’ll be joining a business that puts people first, encourages growth, and supports its teams to do their best work. If you enjoy building relationships, solving client problems, and getting stuck into varied broking tasks, this role offers genuine scope and progression.The RoleAs a Corporate Account Handler, you’ll support the wider team by:Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments, invoices, and general client enquiriesReviewing client documentation to ensure accuracy for the quoting processGathering and communicating client requirements to support effective marketing of risksPreparing high-quality market documentation and securing necessary approvalsMaintaining accurate client records and supporting due diligence checksWorking with underwriters to secure competitive and appropriate coverageHandling data entry, credit control, subjectivities, and internal system updatesSupporting senior colleagues with client work and contributing to wider team projectsBuilding strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and market contactsExperience & Knowledge:Minimum 2 years’ experience handling SME, Commercial, or Corporate insurance clientsWorking knowledge across the main classes of General InsuranceUnderstanding of GDPR and industry ethical standards (CII Code of Ethics)Skills:Excellent client service and communication skillsStrong accuracy and attention to detailAbility to prioritise workloads and meet deadlinesConfident negotiation and broking capabilityAbility to gather, analyse, and interpret client informationComfortable adapting to different client needs and levels of understandingDesirable:Cert CIIActuris experienceThis is a great opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative, and forward-thinking team where your development and progression truly matter.
