As we are rapidly expanding, we need more dedicated Front-of-House Team Members to provide the excellent attention our patients deserve.

ABOUT YOU
* You're a people person with a warm, professional manner
* You're organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a busy environment
* Dental or healthcare reception experience
* You have strong customer service or front-of-house experience (hospitality, retail, healthcare or similar)
* You're confident using computers and learning new systems
* You take pride in delivering excellent service and making patients feel valued
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

* CPD courses relevant to patient care and reception duties
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Welcoming patients and ensuring a positive first impression of the practice
* Managing the front desk, answering calls, and handling patient enquiries with professionalism and care
* Booking and coordinating appointments efficiently
* Maintaining accurate patient records using dental software
* Supporting patients with paperwork and payments
* Working closely with practice Manager, clinicians and the wider team to deliver a seamless patient journey
