Salary: £34,999 - 34,999 per year Requirements: We are looking for proven experience supporting projects, coordination or delivery within an IT or related environment. We need strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. We require the ability to follow structured processes and project management methodologies. Responsibilities: We support the delivery of small-scale IT projects within agreed scope, time and budget. We help plan projects, track progress and maintain project and quality documentation. We monitor risks and change requests to minimise impact on delivery. We work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and customers to support project outcomes. We prepare reports and updates to support decision making and governance. We contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned at project closure. We manage demand, forecast service needs and help optimise IT capacity. We support IT resource management, strategic planning, scheduling and allocation of resources.
