Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, effective pharmaceutical care Deputise for Pharmacy Manager when required Lead antimicrobial stewardship programmes Support medicines governance and audits Develop pharmacy policies, PGDs and SOPs Supervise junior pharmacy staff Support clinical pharmacy services for inpatients Lead quality improvement initiatives Requirements Degree in Pharmacy GPhC Registration Minimum 4 years post-registration experience Evidence of CPD Supervisory and leadership experience Strong clinical, organisational and communication skills
