Job Description
Shift:
1. 4ON 4OFF Shift - £35,499.30 basic per annum - 15:00pm-18:00pm & 18:00pm-21:00pm start window.
2. 5ON 3OFF Shift - £44,252.37 basic per annum - 15:00pm-18:00pm & 18:00pm-21:00pm start window.
Salary:
3. Basic salary of £35,499.30 - £44,252.37 basic per annum depending on shift pattern plus the extra incentives and overtime rates as below.
OTE up to £52,680 (shift premiums & incentives)
4. Shift premiums:£10 per shift (starts 12:00–19:59)£15 per shift (starts 20:00–03:59)
5. Weekend premiums:£1,030/year for Saturdays or Sundays£2,060/year for both
Extra incentives:
6. Compensation paid after 11 hours
7. Night out allowance
8. Overtime available for extra shifts
Overtime (working an extra shift outside of your agreed shift pattern)
9. Monday to Friday - £18.50 per hour.
10. Saturday - £21.99 per hour.
11. Sunday - £25.32 per hour.
You’ll be driving modern vehicles, delivering for some of the UK’s best‑known brands:
12. Delivering palletised goods to regional RDCs
13. Collecting palletised stock from local and regional suppliers
14. Regular trunking between Culina group sites
15. Minimal handball
16. Occasional nights out
Qualifications
17. Minimum of 6 months driving experience required.
18. Possession of LGV Class 1 Licence, CPC and Tacho Card.
19. Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours.
20. Excellent communication skills
21. Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
22. Effectively prioritise workload in order to meet set deadline
