Previous experience in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate, or estate administration would be advantageous; however, full training and structured support will be provided. The Role You will assist with a broad range of private client matters, including: Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney Supporting Probate and Estate Administration matters Advising clients on succession and estate planning Assisting with general private client work As your experience grows, you will take on increased responsibility and client contact.
