A welcoming primary school in central Dudley is looking for a dedicated TA to support pupils with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) and Autism across EYFS and KS1. This is a full-time, long-term role starting immediately, ideal for someone passionate about helping children thrive through consistent, tailored support. Role Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SLCN and ASC Assist in implementing communication strategies such as PECS or visual timetables Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support individual learning plans Help manage sensory and emotional needs in the classroom Encourage independence, communication and engagementWe're Looking For Someone That Has: A level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent in a relevant subject Experience supporting children with autism and/or speech and language needs A nurturing and patient approach to behaviour and communication Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staffWhy Work with Long Term Futures?
