Personal Assistant & Bookkeeper (Part-time role - 2/3 days per week)
This is an office-based position in a private home in Central London, working with family members to manage the household, budgets, payroll, filing and bank payments. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in a similar role, with a background in both Administrative and Bookkeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling and responding to all relevant correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters.
* Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries for one family member.
* Setting reminders for meetings and appointments.
* Weekly collation and payment of household and personal invoices when approved.
* Monthly payroll preparation for payroll administrators.
* Preparation of monthly bank statement summaries.
* Monthly payment/expense reports, with associated invoices, need to be created and presented.
* Creation of a yearly budget with cash flow requirements.
* Paper and digital filing for easy access and entry in to Xero software for third-party review.
* Liaising with third-party professional institutions to support cash-flow requirements and annual tax compliance.
* Making travel and hotel arrangements for one family member.
* Managing petty cash.
* Staff holiday planning.
