Reporting to the HR Manager, key responsibilities include: Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on a wide range of employment matters. Leading complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes. Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and programmes. Supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development initiatives. Monitoring HR metrics and assisting with reporting to inform strategic decisions. Facilitating training sessions and workshops on various HR topics. Ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice standards.The ideal candidate will possess: Significant experience in a senior HR advisory or generalist role. Strong knowledge of employment law and human resources best practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, with a detail-oriented approach. Confidence in advising stakeholders and resolving complex HR issues. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in all dealings.Desirable qualities include experience with HRIS systems, exposure to organisational change projects, and relevant professional HR qualifications such as CIPD Level 5 or above.
