Care Home Peripatetic Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead (RN) Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £55,000 plus fuel allowance Location: Covering Nursing Homes Cardiff, Newport and Caerphilly ABOUT THE ROLE As a Care Home Peripatetic Deputy Manager (Clinical), you’ll travel across your region to manage and develop the teams in various care homes, to help us deliver the high-quality care and service we’re known for. Working closely with the Registered Manager and Regional Manager, you’ll help implement action plans that make sure all resident’s needs are met. Taking on leadership duties in the absence of the Deputy and Registered Manager, you will help with everything from care standards to motivating the care and clinical team. You’ll inspire a multidisciplinary team to make sure they help every resident to enjoy the best possible quality of life. That means leading by example by monitoring standards through regular audits, supervising clinical practice and setting the highest standards and drawing on your skills to develop and deliver strategies that will help you achieve your goals. We are looking for a Peripatetic Deputy Manager (Clinical), you’ll need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification.
