As we expand our Project Delivery Department, we’re looking for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to help us keep things running smoothly. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be working alongside an experienced Technical Manager and a dedicated Project Team to coordinate the delivery of projects from concept to completion, coordinating various tasks, ensuring effective delivery of our multi-utility operations. Your role will be key, working closely with clients, external and internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient production and approval of utility designs and that projects stay on track. Key skills: * Deliver a high standard of customer service ensuring the Connect it brand is maintained. * Assist the Project Team to manage a portfolio of Gas, Water, Electric, and Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC) projects, ensuring smooth progression from initial concept to delivery. * Provide progress updates to the Project Team. * Support with generating, maintaining and delivery of an efficient programme of works. * Liaise with clients to obtain information, maintain communication, drive project progress, and address client needs. * Work closely with the Design Team to ensure timely production of designs that meet client specifications. ...
