User Researcher – GOV / GDS
Remote Inside IR35 Contract
Contract User Researcher required to help us deliver on one of our Government projects.
What youll do:
* Conduct a range of research activities (e.g. interviews, usability testing, surveys) in line with GDS standards.
* Work closely with designers, developers and policy teams to turn research insights into actionable improvements.
* Champion user needs and accessibility across the product lifecycle.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in user research, preferably in an agile, digital service environment.
* Familiarity with the GOV.UK Service Standard and working within GDS frameworks.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
