We're looking for a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic team player to join our growing Service Team at our rapidly expanding office in Sawston, Cambridgeshire.
About the Role:
As a Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning and scheduling work for our team of Field Engineers, ensuring jobs are completed in line with agreed SLAs. You'll also be the first point of contact for both customers and engineers, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication abilities
Experience in planning/scheduling
A team player who can also work independently under pressure

What We Offer:
£24,000 – £28,000 per annum
8-hour shifts between 06:00 – 17:30
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
