Corporate Finance Manager Blackburn Circa £52,000 - £60,000 (Dependent on Experience) Accountancy practice recruitment specialists, Clark Wood, are currently working with a reputable and progressive firm of chartered accountants in Blackburn who are keen to grow their developing Corporate Finance department through the addition of a Corporate Finance Manager. Reporting to the Corporate Finance Managers and Partners, you will play a pivotal role in the provision of a broad array of advisory services to clients including finance/funds raising, mergers & acquisitions, business valuations and sales, investments, and due diligence projects among others. The ideal candidate will be ACA / ACCA Qualified and will existing Corporate Finance experience, whether that be in a solely CF focused role, or having worked on ad-hoc projects as art of a wider practice role.
