Evolve is working with a leading pharmaceutical company that is seeking a Marketing and Events Manager. You will be responsible for working with the marketing team to set, communicate, and manage the end-to-end events management process, in line with the ABPI Code of Practice, and work towards delivering high-quality, customer-focused experiences that align with the strategic plan.

Ideal Requirements for the Marketing and Events Manager
* Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders and communicate effectively.
* Staying organized, managing your time effectively, and paying attention to details will come naturally to you, even when juggling multiple tasks.
* Able to work in line with company SOPs and understanding of ABPI guidelines.
Role Responsibilities for the Marketing and Events Manager
* Effective management of event finances, including budgets, tracking, transfer of value, and PO management with sales and marketing assistants.
* Ability to successfully manage marketing and event materials through relevant approval processes from concept to implementation.
* Ensure all event activities are on time, within budget, and compliant with company SOPs and ABPI regulations.
* Management and execution of medical education events for the therapy area in line with the strategic plan.
