Job Description
3. Handling customer enquiries and managing sales of garage doors and associated products
4. Responding promptly and professionally to email correspondence
5. Managing telephone enquiries from customers, colleagues, and suppliers
6. Providing face-to-face customer service and support
7. Performing occasional heavy lifting as part of daily duties
8. Checking delivered goods for correct quantities and condition against delivery notes
9. Hours - Monday - Friday 7.30 - 5.00pm plus Saturday 9.00 - 12.30pm on a rota basis.
The Successful Applicant
10. Previous experience in a similar role within construction
11. Strong organisational and time management skills.
12. Proficiency in using office software and systems.
13. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
15. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
