Location:Grantham and surrounding areas
Rate:£30-£35 per hour (PAYE, case dependent)
Schedule:Monday to Friday | Term-Time Only
Hours:9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible working available)
Delivery:One-to-One Teaching | SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and Medical Needs
The Opportunity
Are you ready to step into a role where your teaching directly transforms lives? We're looking for a passionate SEN Teacher to work one-to-one with students who need more than just a classroom-they need a champion. This is your chance to deliver meaningful, individualised education that helps young people overcome barriers and thrive.
What You'll Do
* Provide personalised instruction in core subjects, tailored to each learner's needs
* Build strong, trusting relationships with students and their families
* Create a safe, structured, and encouraging learning environment
* Support emotional development alongside academic progress
* Promote independence, confidence, and a love of learning
What You'll Bring
* QTS or equivalent (PGCE)
* Minimum 2 years' teaching experience
* Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science
* Experience across Key Stages 1-4
* Background in supporting students with SEN and SEMH
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* Legal right to work in the UK
* Excellent understanding of safeguarding practices
