£31,996 - £39,919 per annum, depending on experience.

Location & Working Hours
Initially based in Bradford; moving to Leeds Valley Park in Summer 2026. Hybrid arrangement (office and home). Full‑time, 37 hours per week within a working window of 8:00 am‑6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Role Overview
You will play a key role in the Brand & Marketing team, supporting and delivering projects internally and externally, including organisational and customer‑behaviour change, awareness campaigns, and other marketing activities.
Responsibilities
* Support the Brand and Marketing Team with research, work with agencies, and manage campaign activity such as approving artwork, coordinating meetings and reviews.
* Provide print support on Brand and Marketing collateral, obtain print costs and liaise with agencies and printers.
* Support audience insight and campaign reporting and measurement.
* Organise external customer engagement events in line with campaign strategies and brand objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; able to implement branding within these programmes.
* Ability to prioritise workload, use initiative, and take decisions.
* Positive, enthusiastic about brand and marketing, eager to learn new skills.
* Confident in sharing creative ideas and new ways of doing things to improve outcomes.
* Understand the Brand and Marketing team’s role within the company and its relevance to customers and stakeholders.
* Strong eye for detail, particularly when approving artwork and copy for marketing materials.
* Able to work independently while supporting and contributing to the team.
Preferred Experience
* Previous experience working with external agencies, including print and design agencies, or in an in‑house communication/marketing role.
* Knowledge of marketing, brand management, and multi‑channel communications.
* Experience with audience insight and channel evaluation.
* Experience designing branded templates and other collateral, following brand guidelines.
