Job Overview The Bodyshop Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for acquiring, maintaining, and growing some of LKQ (Bodyshop)'s national and regional accounts. The role will build strategic relationships, providing comprehensive and innovative support to our key account customers, helping them maximise their sales and profit opportunities. The KAM will work both remotely and at customer locations nationally at a strategic level with senior members of their customer organisations. Key Responsibilities Collaborating with the field-based, sales office and central support teams to deliver operational excellence across a defined customer base. Partnering with key account customers to deliver a continuous improvement across their business metrics and KPI measures in line with channel goals and objectives. Utilising relevant business data to understand the sales and margin opportunities across coatings, collision, and equipment product groups. Engaging with all internal departments to ensure clear communication and understanding of accounts such as, Technical, Marketing, Product, Finance and Credit Control. Providing accurate forecasting for customer portfolio, managing clear and consistent pricing terms and rebates to maintain a fair and healthy profit margin. Skills and Experience Proven effective planning and organisational skills. Self-aware and challenging of the status quo. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point. Proven effective communication skills, a confident cross-functional communicator with the ability to influence. Pro-active commercial problem solver and analyst. Self-starter, who can work autonomously and remotely with extensive travel. Significant experience and success with high level account management or a similar senior customer facing role.
