O'Neill and Brennan are currently working with a reputable main contractor delivering projects across the commercial, residential and public sector markets throughout London and the South East. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their North London team.
The business delivers a broad range of new build and refurbishment schemes and has developed a strong reputation for quality delivery and long-standing client relationships.
Role Overview
* Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
* Projects: Commercial, Residential & Public Sector
* Location: North London
* Salary: £75,000 – £95,000 + package
* Start: ASAP but can wait for notice periods
* Type: Permanent
Responsibilities
* Taking commercial lead responsibility across multiple projects
* Managing procurement, subcontractor accounts and final accounts
* Preparing CVRs, forecasts and cost reports
* Managing client relationships and commercial meetings
* Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff where required
Requirements
* Proven experience operating as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment
* Experience across commercial, residential or public sector projects
* Strong commercial reporting and contract administration capabilities
* Ability to manage projects autonomously xsngvjr from pre-construction through to completion
* Good communication and leadership skills
