The Role
You’ll be at the heart of the action, delivering excellent service behind the bar or on the floor, keeping energy high and customers happy from kick-off to final whistle.
Key Responsibilities
Serving drinks efficiently and responsibly
Delivering friendly, engaging, and confident customer service
Creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere for guests
Keeping bar and customer areas clean, organised, and well stocked
Working as part of a team during busy matchdays and peak periods
Following all health, safety, and licensing regulations
Supporting events, promotions, and live sports nights
What We’re Looking For
Outgoing, confident, and high-energy personality
Strong customer service skills — attitude matters as much as experience
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and matchdays
Passion for sport, hospitality, and great vibes
Must be 18+ to apply
Additional Information
Due to business needs, two weeks of annual leave must be taken between January and February each year
