Job Title Lecturer - Childcare Health and Social Care Location Broxbourne Campus - Broxbourne, HRT EN10 6AE GB (Primary)Salary range and grade Full Time Salary: £35,000 per annum - £43,800 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience ( pro rata for part time ) Job Advert Job - Lecturer - Childcare, Health and Social Care ( 3 part time roles available ) Holiday - 42 days per annum plus Bank Holidays ( pro rata ) Location - Broxbourne Campus Closing Date - 5th June @ Midday Join Hertford Regional College as a Lecturer in Childcare, Health & Social Care. We have 3 roles available - Access, Health and Social Care and Childcare - 18 hours per week - £17,500 - £21,900 per annum ( depending on experience ) Mon 8. 45-12. 45 = 4 hours Wed 8. 45-5pm = 7. 25 hours, 1 hour for lunch Friday 9am-4. 45pm = 6. 45 hours, 1 hour for lunch Health and Social Care and Childcare - 28. 8 hours per week - £28,000 - £35,040 per annum ( depending on experience ) Mon 8. 45-5pm = 7. 25 hours, 1 hour for lunch Tues 8. 45-5pm = 7. 25 hours, 1 hour for lunch Wed 8. 45-5pm = 7. 25 hours, 1 hour for lunch Fri 8. 45-4. 45pm = 7 hours, 1 hour for lunch Health and Social Care and Childcare - 18 hours per week - £17,500 - £21,900 per annum ( depending on experience ) Mon 8. 45-12. 45pm Tues 8. 45-13. 45pm Thur 1pm-5pm Fri 11am-4pm About HRC HRC are a vibrant, dynamic further education college, recently graded a Good College by Ofsted, with students across two campuses, with ambitious growth and development targets. About the Role We are looking for an inspirational Lecturer with excellent organisational and programme management skills. In this role, you will: Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons Support and motivate students to achieve their best Lead on course planning, coordination, assessment, and evaluation Work collaboratively with academic teams to ensure courses run smoothly and effectively If you're passionate about teaching and eager to contribute to the success of both students and educational programmes, this is the perfect opportunity to shine. For more details, please look at the full job description. About You You will bring: ? An Initial Teacher Training qualification (PTTLS/DTLLS) or the willingness to work towards one ? Demonstrable experience within Childcare / Health and Social Care setting or teaching experience in subject specialism in an FE/HE environment ? GCSEs C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent) ? Experience of working with or supporting young people aged 16-19 along with those with additional needs. ?
