Surveyor – Residential Valuation

My client is a global real estate leader seeking a motivated Surveyor (newly qualified to Senior Surveyor level) to join their Residential Valuation team in London. You’ll focus on high-quality valuations of individual residential assets, including houses, apartments, and small investment blocks, primarily for loan security purposes.
Responsibilities
* Carry out inspections and valuations of individual residential properties.
* Analyse comparable evidence and market data to support valuation conclusions.
* Produce clear, accurate RICS-compliant valuation reports.
* Manage multiple one-off instructions and meet client deadlines.
* Support senior colleagues in maintaining strong client relationships.
* Stay current with London and South East residential market trends.
About You
* MRICS (or APC close to completion).
* Residential valuation experience.
* Strong numeracy and confidence with MS Office/Excel.
* Excellent report writing and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple instructions efficiently.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
