The Role As the Retail Store Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Belfast Flagship store, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience, building community and delivering a connected retail strategy. You will build, develop and lead a higher performance team, and be responsible for implementing operational strategies to ensure the store achieves its commercial objectives. This will involve maintaining a customer-centric culture where customer satisfaction is paramount. You will drive the performance and profitability of your store with appropriate data insights, close KPI management and budget controls.
