Hexagon Group is delighted to be supporting a leading property management company in the appointment of a Facilities Manager to oversee a high-end residential portfolio in West London on behalf of a prestigious real estate owner. The business has an excellent reputation within the market, underpinned by strong leadership and a high staff retention rate. For this role, you will be rewarded with a salary between £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience plus a generous benefits package. Working with an experienced Facilities & Property Management, the successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day facilities management of a portfolio of residential buildings, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, safety, and resident experience are consistently achieved. This will include the management of contractor performance, and ensuring all services are delivered in line with contractual, statutory, and client expectations. The role will involve maintaining asset registers, coordinating statutory inspections, overseeing security and access control systems, and ensuring risk assessments and action plans are implemented effectively.
