Base pay range
We’re partnering with a well-established Managed Service Provider based in Manchester where you’ll be part of a close-knit technical team delivering first-class support, project work, and on-site installations for SME clients across the Midlands.
What You’ll Be Doing:
 * Deliver 2nd Line support remotely and on client sites
 * Resolve escalated incidents across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments
 * Maintain and monitor client networks, routers, and firewalls
 * Deploy laptops, servers, and cloud services for new client projects
 * Document technical processes and contribute to continuous improvement
Key Skills:
 * Experience in an MSP or IT services environment
 * Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and networking concepts
 * Familiarity with VMware/Hyper‑V and backup solutions (Veeam, Datto)
 * Full UK driving licence (client site visits required)
 * Desire to progress into project delivery or infrastructure roles
 * Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 home)
 * Paid training and exam vouchers
 * Progression into 3rd Line or Infrastructure Engineering
