ABOUT THE ROLE
What you'll be doing
* Maintaining accurate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting across all acquisition channels
* Supporting integrated marketing activity across paid and organic channels, ensuring efficient and cost-effective acquisition
* Attending weekly calls with agency partners, reviewing recommendations, and implementing agreed actions
* Support the newaffiliate programme, including identifying new publishers, onboarding partners, and tracking performance
* Supporting the influencer programme, ensuring content goes live on time, reimbursements are processed, and performance is measured
* Supporting agency relationships through checking listings and invoice management
* Assisting the Digital Performance Manager with ad-hoc paid and organic projects to support wider department objectives

ABOUT YOU
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in performance marketing (agency or client-side) within a B2C environment
* Experience acrosspaid and organic media channels
* Strong data analytics skills using Excel, with a high level of attention to detail
* Experience working with or managing marketing agencies
* A performance-driven mindset with a test-and-learn approach
